Collection procedure for pre-opening materials
Bimak shares with the Franchise owner details and prices ( TL-USD-EURO ) of the construction materials to be used according to the architectural project. 40 % of the total amount agreed upon is demanded as advance payment. The balance amount is invoiced prior to shipment and has to be paid right away. Shipment is not made before payment is effected by the Franchise. Plus or minus differences between preliminary and actual lists will be reflected to the Franchise. Prices in foreign currency will be calculated with the exchange rate on the day of payment. Same procedure is used for food, non-food and small equipments lists stipulated by the District Manager.
Bimak Gıda Collection Procedure
Prices of Bimak Gıda are shared in B2B or B4B systems daily. For branches ordering regularly, payment has to be made in 7 days. For example, all invoices of the previous week have to be paid by money transfer or credit card one day before new order.
Certain discounts are applied according to the payment conditions set for the Franchise. A risk limit is set for the franchise by Bimak taking into consideration the average weekly purchases. The risk limit is updated every month as 15% more of the total invoices. If this limit is exceeded, either less products are shipped or shipment is revised according to the total of the limit.
If the orders are not regular, balance debt has to be settled in maximum 28 days following the last order. If settlement is not made in 28 days, advance payment is required from the Franchise. In case of advance payment system, the franchise has to pay the outstanding balance by money transfer or credit card and then send advance payment for the new order. Shipment is made after all payments are made. There is no limit in advance payment system. Products that have to be shipped by the Head Office or small amount order of the franchise are shipped with the set payment method if payment of previous week is cleared.
